With 4 exam rooms in an intimate clinical setting, the center offers providers the opportunity to develop meaningful patient relationships in a supportive environment focused on preventative care and chronic disease management.

Opportunity: PA-Family Medicine

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant looking to work in a family medicine setting with a focus on diabetic management. The position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule in a collaborative practice environment.

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm
• Manageable patient load of 13-15 encounters per day
• Minimal on-call responsibilities with rare phone consults in rotation with other providers
• Long-term locum tenens opportunity starting September 1, 2025
• BLS certification required
• Diabetes management experience preferred
• Board certification eligible candidates will be considered
• 4 exam rooms in an intimate clinical setting
• 90-day credentialing timeframe

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Estimated Hourly Rate: $85 - $100
